3teneFT (3tene Face Tracking) is a support application designed to enable high-precision face recognition within the PC application "3tene" for virtual YouTubers. If you own an iPhone X or later model, you can use the facial recognition feature of the iPhone to capture eye and mouth movements and orientation, sending this information to 3tene. This allows for real-time manipulation of the character (VRM, Live2D model) being displayed in 3tene, adjusting the body tilt and facial expressions accordingly.
Experience the ability to effortlessly animate your favorite character with your own facial expressions.
How to use:
- Connect your iPhone to the same Wi-Fi network (router) as your PC (3tene).
- Input the IP address displayed in 3tene's settings window under "System," then tap the connection icon to send the recognition results to 3tene (only recognition results are sent, not camera images).
- In 3tene, change the type of face tracking in the avatar adjustment window to "iPhone."
- Start face tracking in 3tene to have the facial information recognized on your iPhone reflected on the character in 3tene.
If a security software's firewall is active, communication between 3tene and 3teneFT may be blocked. In such cases, adjustments need to be made in the security software settings to ensure that 3tene is not obstructed.
